The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the appointment of Shri S.K. Sarkar, IAS (WB:79), presently Additional Secretary, Department of Personnel And Training as Secretary, Ministry of Water Resources in the vacancy of Shri Dhruv Vijai Singh, IAS (MT:76) on his retirement on 31.01.2013.
